2. Booking and Appointments

Appointments: Appointments can be booked online. A valid credit card may be required to secure your booking.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee of 50% of the service cost.

Late Arrivals: If you are late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client. Full payment for the scheduled service will still be required.

 

3. Payment and Pricing

Pricing: All prices are listed in US currency and are subject to change without notice.

Payment:Payments can be made via cash, credit/debit card, or other accepted methods at the time of service.

Refunds:All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on services rendered. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours to discuss potential solutions.

 

4. Health and Safety

Client Responsibility: Clients must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or concerns prior to receiving treatments. Mindbodyesthetics is not responsible for adverse reactions due to undisclosed medical information.

COVID-19 Policies:We follow strict hygiene protocols to ensure the safety of our clients and staff. Clients exhibiting symptoms of illness are requested to reschedule their appointments.

Privacy: Your personal information is kept confidential and is used only for the purpose of providing services. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent.

 

Data Security:We take reasonable measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee complete security.

Insurance:Clients are encouraged to carry personal insurance for their own protection.
